Kakuta

Kakuta is a professor at NIT. We meet him and Ozawa early on in the manga chapter "College Exchange...Goddess". He has a leg up on Ozawa in a competition to build a ceramic engine, and he is way more popular with the students than Ozawa. It is in his lecture hall in the manga where Belldandy's cover is created by Keiichi, which is that she is an exchange student. Though, in the anime, I believe Kakuta's personality and popularity do not come across really at all. Also in the anime, we see Keiichi in Kakuta's lectures more than Ozawa's, where he is supposedly registered (at least according to K in the manga).
