Laplacian Demon Stone

The Laplacian Demon Stone is a spirit stone. It senses the momentum and position of a spinner/wheel at any given time. In chapter 18, Life's Just a Game of Sugoroku Roulette, Urd placed one of these stones in the spinner of the game so that she could control the instantaneous momentum and position of the wheel in advance. Simply put, Vegas has nothin' on this!
