[edit] Synopsis

The power that eluded Urd so long ago is now within her reach. Since she correctly answered Belldandy's question on how to boil a cup of water, Bell will unseal Urd's first-class spells. Though, the reaction of those who have their power unsealed is uh, interesting. Urd is overwhelmed by all of this power, but is able to take it in. Controlling it is another thing. That brings us to Urd's second problem. Draw a goddess symbol with a heaven splitting lightning strike. After some trepidation and doubt, she was able to pull it off...on her first try! No wonder Heaven's afraid. Time for the final problem.

Expanding upon the previous chapter's note about first-class goddess unsealing powers, when it comes to unsealing another goddesses' first-class spells, the second-class goddess must consent to it.

Coupling Peorth's remarks on Heaven's stance on Urd being first-class and how Urd could be with such power, it is a little confusing as to why then Heaven would take such a chance on her.
