The chapter starts out with Urd hedging one last bet. She calls down a rain storm, but for what purpose. Well, K and Bell go running to seek shelter, because Keiichi won't let Bell use any of her powers to interfere with Urd's spells and using too much. I mean, it's just rain. They've been running around like this all day, so K just wants to relax for a bit. Yes, I quick rest for 4,500 Yen will, wait what? Hmmm, seems these two are standing in front of a love hotel, a la Aoshima. What to do? Go in, or go back into the rain? Bell asks if she can use her powers, but K still refuses and takes matters into his own hands. Once again, thwarting any chance of a sexual encounter. K and Bell enjoy each others company, sharing an umbrella. Seeing this, Urd lifts the rain, a beautiful rainbow appears and we see Happy Badge full of happiness. Test, over.

• As to what Bell was referring to by "escaping" in reference to Urd's rain spell, I'm with Keiichi, I don't know what the heck she's talking about.

• You may be a little confused as to why Urd would lift the rain, because those two were having such a great time (it was the whole fricken point). Well, simple, the rainbow.

An interesting point to notice is that when Bell and K are first standing outside the hotel, he's wondering if she gave him the ok sign. Sometimes I think we may get lost in the fact that just because K doesn't push Bell, uh, at all, doesn't mean he doesn't want to.
